Purchased in May of 2016, Riverbreeze Apartments had reached a 20% increase in NOI since its sale to ESO and Partners. The 48-unit complex sustained extensive damage due to Hurricane Irma which has now created the perfect opportunity for ESO to update the interior and improve on the exterior which will in return expedite our ability to bring, or exceed market rents.
